“Distance In Static Live”, Warsaw 2027
On Wednesday, March 10, 2027, COS Torwar becomes the opening night of Poland’s run as Bonobo brings the Distance In Static Live tour to Warsaw. Built around the Ninja Tune album Distance In Static, this is a full live production with a band, not a DJ set. It is a rare chance to see Simon Green’s glowing, cinematic electronica in a big hall, and Warsaw gets to kick off the Polish leg before Gdańsk and Wrocław.
Expect a show that moves like a journey. Bonobo’s live sets have long been known for turning studio textures into something physical, with strings, brass, percussion and vocalists layered over deep, rolling grooves and immersive visuals. Fans can look forward to the euphoric lift of Kerala, the slow-burning pull of Cirrus, the dusky soul of Black Sands and the shimmering build of Linked, alongside fresh material from the new record. Its collaborators include Arooj Aftab, Joy Crookes, Nilüfer Yanya and Ichiko Aoba. No support act has been confirmed for this date at the time of writing.
For Warsaw fans, this is the kind of night you plan a whole week around. It suits longtime devotees who have followed Bonobo from the downtempo days of Days to Come through the club-minded, widescreen sound of recent years. It also suits anyone who loves electronic music with real instruments and real emotional range. Bring friends who like to dance and friends who like to just close their eyes and drift, because Bonobo at COS Torwar is built for both.
